Joseph Permenter
Joseph Permenter is a Restoration Builder and the founder of The New Man Generation. With 18 felony convictions and nearly a decade incarcerated, he speaks from lived authority—not theory.
After encountering Jesus Christ, his identity, marriage, and family were restored. That transformation became the foundation for the structured restoration framework he now installs within prisons, reentry programs, and leadership environments.
Today, Joseph works with men who are stable enough to think clearly and ready for responsibility. His work is not rescue, counseling, or motivation—it is formation. He rebuilds the internal structure of a man—ownership, discipline, and leadership—so freedom can be sustained and families can be restored without dependency.
